
Our fabulous Jenny grew up in Fresno, California and has lived in Katy for the last 13 years. She graduated from Cy-Springs High School. She has been a valuable asset to our clinic for the last 5 years. She is our extraordinary bi-lingual receptionist and office manager. She will usually be the first smiling face that you see in the morning. If you have a problem, she can fix it. Jenny has 7 colorful fish and an adorable Schnauzer mix named Ottis. When she is not working at Crossroads, she likes hanging out with her son, Jesse, and her daughter, Allison. Her favorite place to go is the beach or anywhere the sun is shining.

Mandee is one of our premier veterinary technicians. She grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. She is proud to be a member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2013. She received her degree in Biomedical Science. Upon graduation she worked at the Texas A&M Diagnostic Lab. Her husband, Daniel, is also an Aggie and he was an honored member of the Corps of Cadets. Mandee and Daniel moved to Houston 3 years ago. They share their home with Ladybird, a black Lab that she rescued from the Aggieland Humane Society and Morpheus, a Catahoula, who was rescued from the Houston Humane Society.

Rhonda is a veterinary technician and she hails from New Caney, Texas. She has been a valuable part of our team since 2013. She has 17 years of experience in the veterinary field. She is a caring and compassionate technician. She enjoys helping pets be happy and healthy. She has a Pug named Tybee who was recently adopted after losing her 16 year old Pug named Austin. She also has 2 cats who are brothers: Mason and Jason. Rhonda shares her home with her husband, Ronny and her son, Colby. In her spare time she likes to go camping and fishing with her family. She also enjoys spending time with her friends.

Anette was born and raised in Akron, Ohio and moved to Houston in 2013 with her husband Bryan and two boys, Calvin and Maxwell. She is a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She has 3 dogs of her own and 2 senior forever fosters from the Lone Star Lhasa Apso and Shih Tzu Rescue. Anette has been with us for over 5 years. You may find her greeting you at the front desk or performing technical duties in the treatment area. She wears many hats!
Gabe is one our Patient Care Assistants that has been with us since 2017. He was born and raised in Houston and recently welcomed baby Martin who is just learning to walk! Gabe has one dog he rescued from the SPCA named Bella and in his free time he loves to take her to the park and also enjoys running.
Born in Mexico, Julio was raised in Houston and is a full time Patient Care Assistant who takes great pride in connecting with the dogs and cats and keeping our clinic clean. He has 3 rescue dogs named Zoey, Charlie (who survived Distemper), and Phoenix, and a cat named Argo. In his free time Julio enjoys drawing and attending parks and museums.
Emma has been with us since summer of 2017 and is someone that can be found being a Front Office Coordinator or hanging in the back acting as a Veterinary Technician Assistant. She was born in England and was raised in Houston. She is currently enrolled in Texas A&M studying to be an equine vet, but graces us with her presence during holiday and summer breaks. She has 2 dogs, Buddy and Roxy, who were both rescued from Loving Arms Pet Rescue. In her free time you can find her running, riding horses and enjoying the company of her long-time boyfriend Tarbell.
Native of Galveston, but raised in Anderson, Texas and currently living in Houston, Kelly is a valued Front Office Coordinator. Outside of work she is very active in fostering through CAPS, and has one kitty they adopted named Murr. She also enjoys painting, reading and drawing and spending time with her boyfriend, Gustavo.
Melissa has lived in Houston her whole life, and her family has been seeing Dr. McIntyre for over 20 years! She graduated from Texas A&M in 2018 with a major in Animal Science and a minor in Business. Melissa is currently in training to be a Veterinary Technician. She has 2 dogs, Paisley (Cocker Spaniel) and Sadie (Texas Heeler), and also trains and places service dogs with Wounded Veterans.
Lexi was born in New York, but moved to Houston in 2007. She has been with our clinic since January of 2018 and is a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She has 2 dogs she rescued through the vet tech school program named Suzie and Delilah. In her free time she enjoys kayaking, taking her dogs to the park and playing video games.
Born and raised in Houston, Nestor has been with us since the beginning of 2015. He is attending Texas Tech and is majoring in Chemical Engineering. He works full time at Crossroads during his summer and Christmas breaks. When he is not working or studying, he likes to spend time with friends.
Lauren was born and raised in the Houston are and currently attends Houston Community College. She has two loving pets, a rescue kitten, Mya, and a Beagle Maximus. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know each pet individually and seeing their different personalities.
